The system allows vertical electrophoresis to run one or two precast protein gels or homemade midi gels. This system requires only 1L running buffer and the slots location helps to easily and quickly slide cassettes into position making the electrophoresis of proteins much easier.

With two precast Gel or home made gels, you can run up to 26 samples in less than 1 hr. It easy to load the samples after mixing them with loading buffer.

Proteins are really well separated after one hour and you just need to choose the appropiate gel to perform the separation. We use precast gels and they work very well. Next, gel can be stained or transfer into a membrane for western blot.
