Protocol Overview

Cells were washed with PBS and then incubated with 1:500 of the dye for 30minutes at 4C. The cells were then washed in facs buffer.

Tips

Optimize the concentration

Summary

The Good

Concentration used produced consistent results

The Bad

Needs to be optimized for your experiments

The Bottom Line

The concentration of reagent needs to be optimized for your cell type. But I use a standard 1:500 dilution for all cell types which seems to be okay.
