Results Summary

I included two other CD4 antibodies as comparisons, CD4 APC and CD4 Alexa 700. While the CD4 SB 600 (1:400) gave a very bright positive population, there was quite a bit of background staining as seen from the spread of the negative population. This spread is most likely intrinsic to the SB600 dye as the other fluorochromes were also conjugated to the same antibody clone (RM4-5).

The Bad

Some background staining.

The Bottom Line

Probably not my first choice for my go-to CD4 antibody.
