Our lab utilizes the LI-COR Odyssey to visualize our western blots. To visualize multiple different primaries from different species, we use secondaries with different fluorphores, one of which is the LI-COR goat anti-rabbit 800CW. The secondary works very will at a very low dilution; however, some background is seen with the 800CW antibodies.
