Our lab was staining for vessels on cross-sectional slices of the mouse retina. We used this medium for our slides because we did not need the DAPI stain.

Protocol Overview

Add a couple of drops of media to the slide. Carefully add coverslip and get rid of any bubbles. Store slides in dark at room temperature.

Tips

Don't use too much so it doesn't drip off slide

Results Summary

The fluorescent signal on our cells did not fade over a long period of time, so the medium prevented photo-bleaching
