Neurobiotin Tracer

SP-1120

My research explores the function and circuity of the retina in health and disease. Specifically, I'm interested in determining how synaptic transmission is altered at early staged of glaucoma. A accomplish this principally using electrophysiological patch-clamp recordings in mouse retina. Neurobiotin tracer allows me to obtain high-quality images of the cells I recorded from to confirm neuronal identity and analyze neuronal structure. Include in patch pipette or inject using a sharp microelectrode. A classic reagent, works great.
