Great MHC-II Ab for flow cytometry. I've used the clone before so I knew that would work, and I've had great experiences with the APC-Fire750 conjugates.

Great staining. The image doesn't have the highest MHC-II staining cells, but it was a mouse lung at 24hrs post infection (that gets cleared by innate responses) so I don't expect to see a huge amount of signal. Still, this was able to detect MHC-II cells in the lung, and I am happy with the results. Samples are unfixed. Shown at CD11c+ cells. Note, the channel says APC-Cy7 because I don't change it on the cytometer, but its actually APC-Fire750.
