We’ve gone through 2 of these vacuums in a short amount of time. The plastic is very weak and the vacuum starts to implode.
Vacuum for RNA/DNA column clean ups

Put column in, turn vacuum on to remove washes
Don't use too strong a vacuum
It worked fine before it broke.
