Antibody stains cells and tissues well. Staining presentation appears differently depending on what cells you are looking at. Cytoplasmic localization is expected with some punctate presentation under stress/disease. Occasionally we stain cells and see nuclear staining, which is unclear whether this is real staining or not.

Antibody stains well and shows diffuse cytoplasmic localization. Upon stress the diffuse localization becomes punctate.
