Product Name:

HLA-B27 antibody [HLA-ABC-m3] (FITC)

Catalog Number:

GTX74708

The general aim of my research is to investigate the role of TCRs in the function of CTLs. Because TCRs are specific not only for the peptide but also for the HLA type of the target cells, we needed to screen individuals to recruit donors who were HLA-B27 positive. We used this antibody for a primary screen of our donors.
