DNA primer production
The general aim of my research is to investigate the role of TCRs in the function of CTLs. Molecular cloning was used to generate lentiviral vectors containing genes for specific TCR alpha and beta chains. We tasked Eurofins Genomics to produce the DNA primers needed for different PCR reactions involved in our cloning process because of a recommendation from another lab at our institution.
