Anti-human CD45 Antibody Review

Our lab has developed different mouse models to study the efficacy of therapeutic candidates against HIV. One of the models we have generated consists of injecting HIV-infected human PBMC into the spleens of NSG mice. In order to validate the presence of the human cells and all the subpopulations in the spleen, we perform FACS analyses at the experimental endpoints. Human CD45 antibodies help to distinguish the human cells injected in the spleen from all the mouse cells.
