This antibody was used to sort ILC2 from whole blood in order to expand them and to send them for RNA seq in order to create an Immune blood bank for RNA seq. This antibody works really well to separate ILC2 from other ILCs.

Isolation of ILC2 by gating on CRTH2 and CD127.Separation is donor dependent, it is not alway really clean. Needs to be optimized for tissues like tonsils.
