Staining for Th17 cells or ILC3s? So were we, and we found this to be a great antibody to use. I wouldn't mind a different color other than PE (personal preference mostly), but this works well with our ex vivo and in vitro cells.

Results Summary

Staining of both in vitro cultured cells and ex vivo cell suspensions from spleen, mLN, and intestines work well. Amount of antibody used is 0.4ul per sample in 50ul of Tonbo perm buffer (after Tonbo Fix/Perm O/N).
