Myeloid cells were stained with Ly-6G PE. The splenocytes from DNA injected mice were expected to have a higher percentage of myeloid cells staining for this marker and this marker on the PE background served its purpose. Biolegend has good antibodies and this clone was expected to be good and hence I chose this.
