I am characterizing viral growth dynamics and use IFA to visualize the level of infection at designated time points. I use this secondary antibody for one of my viruses because it doesn't have a lot of background.

I was able to visualize how the viral infection spread in a cell culture over time using this antibody. This could then be applied to the acquired viral titers to get a sense of the infection occurring.
