Aim of this research was to detect intensity of synapsin 1/2 protein in active zones of substance P positive neurons. This anti-synapsin antibody was selected because company promised their high specificity.  Result show no particular increase of fluorescence intensity of synapsin 1/2 in substance P positive synapses.
