Product Name:

Anti-Human IFN gamma eFluor® 450

Catalog Number:

48-7319-41

This antibody was used for phenotypic analysis of human PBMCs using minimal material. PBMCs were incubated with PMA/Iono/Brefeldin A for 4 hours and then stained with lymphocyte surface markers and the IFN gamma antibody. It served a good positive staining and I can highly recommend this antibody.

PBMCs

Primary Incubation

After 4 hours stimulation cells were stained for 30 minutes with surface lymphocyte markers (CD3, CD4, CD8). then cells were permeabilized and fixed.

None

Secondary Incubation

After permeabilization cells were incubated for 30 minutes with the intracellular cytokine marker IFNgamma

Tertiary Incubation
