I am characterizing cell immune cell populations in the lung using flow cytometry. I selected this antibody because I wanted to make sure that I was only looking at immune cells and not total cells in the lung.

Summary

The Good

Easy to use, the recommended dilution works well but could be used at less.

The Bad

I liked this product, nothing really bad about it.

The Bottom Line

I will keep this antibody on hand for when I want to separate immune cells from non-immune cells. It makes a great distinction between the two.
