BioLegend

Product Name:

Alexa Fluor 488 anti-mouse CD4

Catalog Number:

100423

I used this antibody in my flow cytometry panel in hopes of defining my CD4 T cell population. This antibody is a little nerve-racking because it recommends such a small amount to use, but it does give great results. My CD4 population was well separated and characterized because of this antibody. I would recommend this product and will continue to use it in the future.

Summary

The Good

Very clear results and you can test many samples with a small volume.

The Bad

Very sensitive so it feels like you pipette nothing at times.

The Bottom Line

I would purchase this product again. To help with the small volumes, you can make a larger diluted stock and then it makes you feel a little more confident.
