This kit is used to transfect mammalian cell lines. The kit is simple to use and results in high transfection efficiency.

Add Fugene reagent directly to low serum medium. Then mix together with DNA and incubate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature. Add transfection mixture to cells and incubate overnight.
Don't let Fugene directly touch the sides of any tube.
Results show high transfection efficiency in HEK 293T cells.
