The aim of the study was to test the effect of over expression of catalytic inactive protein kinase on growth factor induced Jnk phosphorylation in mouse pancreatic endothelial cells. Protein extracts from each treatment were resolved in 10%SDS-PAGE and western transferred in nitrocellulose membrane. Transferred blot blocked in skimmed milk and detected for Jnk phosphorlation using its specific antibody procured from Thermo Fisher Scientific. The antibody was selected because antibody flyer has shown a nice and clean band of pJnk.
