This is a great replacement for APC-Cy7 or APC-H7 for flow cytometry, it works well and as advertised.

CD11c staining worked as normal. APC-Fire750 had less compensation issues with APC than other conjugates I've used in the past. I also used this with fixation (4% PFA), Click-IT reaction (which has copper and saponin perm), and intranuclear staining (FoxP3 Perm buffer) - none of them seemed to affect the staining brightness or compensation. Very happy with the Ab / conjugate
