Protocol Overview

The jejunum of chickens are fragmented and resuspended in lysis Buffer 1X. Next, we use the Bicinchoninic Acid (BCA) Protein Assay from G Bioscience to quantify total proteins.

Tips

Keep the samples on ice all the time. If possible, use protease inibitors in the lysis buffer.

Results Summary

The standard curve is very well (r²=0,998). And the triplicate of samples has a very low Standart desviation indice.
