Results Summary

Very consistent results. I often leave this Ab out of my staining mix - I don't see any difference in my end results if I include it or not (i.e. I'm looking at immune cells in lungs, and the other markers I gate on are distinctive enough that all the cells I'm ultimately gating are CD45+, so this isn't really needed). But, it is nice to have and it works well in Alexa700 - which not all Antigens can be reliably detected in. Overall, very happy with the Ab, no complaints. Image shown is an infected lung (murine)
