We used this antibody to monitor activation of myeloid / APC cells during M.tb infection in mice. Works well and detects a clean population of activated cells (DC and other cell types) - I've looked in lung and the draining lymph node. I am happy with Ab, it stains well, is fixable, and I haven't had any problems with compensation or spectral overlap.
