The lung Dissociation kit yielded a decent number of single cells from the mouse lung following the protocol that comes with this kit. We used this kit to study isolated single cells from the mouse lung for a transcriptome study.

The manual that comes with this kit is optimized for mouse lung tissue. Tissue preparation is critical (perfusion) for obtaining highly viable cells. It needs MACS dissociator as an additional instrument.
