Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3β (GSK3β) is a serine/threonine kinase which affects glycogen metabolism by phosphorylating various signaling events by downregulating muscle glycogen syhthase. Regulation of tyrosine phosphorylation is important for cell death or survival. Here we checked the time course effect of GSK-3β on tyrosine phosphorylation in mouse cells.
