Our lab works with a number of different JAK kinases in the context of kidney cancer, and we recently needed to blot for phospho-JAK2. We tried out this antibody from Cell Signaling first and were pleased with the results.

There isn't much to say besides that this antibody worked exactly how it should have. No optimization was needed, it works for a range of protein levels, and it comes out really clean each time, sometimes with just your base-strength ECL mixture. All signs point to a great-performing antibody.
