1:1000 Dilution in 5% BSA in 1X TBS-T at 4C Overnight
5% Milk in 1X TBS-T
1:5000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Rabbit secondary in 5% Milk in TBS-T for 1 hour at RT

Autoradiography film using ECL alone
This antibody worked well for us. It comes out quite clean on film, and doesn't need extra-strength chemiluminescent substrates to be seen well. We didn't require very much optimization for this antibody either, which was nice. Great results

It's always worth it to pay more for antibodies from Cell Signaling if you have the money for it, and this AXL antibody is no exception to that rule. I highly recommend this antibody.
