The aim of this experiment was to determine the proportion of RBC's bound to IgG from dogs that have Immune mediated hemolytic anemia. This antibody works incredibly well for doing this.

Results Summary

The results generated by flow cytometry are in the form of percent positive or negative. In the case of dogs that are suspected of IMHA, we do see a positive population of cells bound to IgG. The percentage of these cells varies from dog to dog.
