Aortic smooth muscle cell migration into tunica intima is a major cause of restenosis. We have tested various signaling molecules levels in vascular smooth muscle cells to understand the mechanism of their migration. Using this product we tested the time-course effect of a chemokine on calcium influx in human aortic smooth muscle cells.
