Aortic smooth muscle cell migration into tunica intima is a major cause of restenosis. We have tested various signaling molecules levels in vascular smooth muscle cells to understand the mechanism of their migration. Here, we tested the time-course effect of a chemokine on phosphorylation of Src kinase in human aortic smooth muscle cells.
