The aim of this experiment was to couple several different antigens to magpix beads. These coupled beads were further used with equine serum to identify different antibodies in the animal.

The kit was used to couple magpix beads to different viral antigens. For example, west nile virus antigen. These beads are magnetic beads that after coupling were used on the magpix.
Make sure you make the EDC right before adding it.
The kit performed very well and allowed for optimal coupling of the antigens to the beads.
