This antibody was used in our study of proteasome inhibitor resistence in multiple myeloma published in Cancer Cell (Leung-Hagesteijn et al, 2013, Sept 9; 24(3): 289-304 "Xbp1s-negative tumor B cells and pre-plasmablasts mediate therapeutic proteasome inhibitor resistence in multiple myeloma"). The antibody gave excellent results in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence staining in primary patient samples and B cell lines.
