The aim of this research project was to immune phenotype lymphocyte subsets in human peripheral blood using minimal amount of samples.

Primary Incubation

50ul of blood was incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark with the antibody. After this peripheral blood was lysed using the BD lysing buffer as indicated in the manual. Cells were washed three times with PBS and then resuspended in 300ul of FACS buffer and taken to flow cytometry.
