Our lab performs Western Blots on a daily basis, and we have rockers in the lab and in our cold room. Having a reliable rocker on which to incubate membranes is key to consistent Western Blots, and this particular model has proven to be the best. For that reason, we have several of them.

We use a medium rocking speed and a small rocking angle for our incubations. Whether in the cold room or at room temperature, it works great.
Increase the speed before increasing the angle, or risk things falling off.
