Cells stained for flow cytometry
After surface and intracellular staining, cells were washed and resuspend in 200uL of FACS buffer and 5 µl of 7-AAD per sample was added and incubated for 10 minutes in the dark. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
Don't leave the cells long after adding 7AAD
The dye was used for analysis of every FACS sample generated from mouse lung single cell suspensions.
