Using the ETF Maxi kit from Qiagen allows fast and efficient isolation of plasmid DNA suitable for transfection and cloning. In as little as 4 hours up to 500g of supercoiled DNA is available for use. I have used this DNA in transient as well as nucleocfetion experiments and it performs well.
