The purpose of our experiment was to study the expression of cytokine receptor GFP knock-in by immunofluorescence. GFP detection otherwise is sensitive to bleaching, but use of this antibody enhances the signal extensively and specificity against GFP protein is also good.

When we used the isotype from the same company, we achieved very good results and actually enhanced the signal by many folds. However, GFP alone is poorly detected. With this antibody against the protein, detection becomes simple.
