I used this antibody to measure NF-kB activation in mouse CD4+ T cells upon stimulation with our treatment. I was looking for an antibody that I can use for both human and mouse and I found this one.

I used this antibody to measure NF-kB activation in CD4+ T cells. Even though I got a single band without non-specific bands, intensity of the band was too weak and required longer exposure time.

Very weak signal, requires higher concentration and longer exposure time.
