Our laboratory is interested in peripheral tolerance. CD25 (low-affinity IL-2 Receptor α chain) is expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes and regulatory T cells. We routinely use this antibody for staining CD4+FoxP3+CD25high regulatory T cells.

Results Summary

Bright and specific staining. Costaining with FoxP3 antibody allows for distinguishing between activated CD25+FoxP3- and regulatory T cells CD25+FoxP3+ (highly suppressive) and CD25-FoxP3+ (less suppressive). Cells were gated on live CD4+ lymphocytes.
