I preferentially use this antibody to define gd T cells in the colon. For this, I firstly isolate the cells of the colon with a common cell isolation protocol for the gut and then directly stain the cells of the intestinal epithelial lymphocyte compartment (IEL) with this antibody in combination with other specific gd T cell markers.

This antibody works very well in a high dilution (1:400). I can recommend it specifically for analysing gd T cells in the gut.
