Our longstanding goal is to understand the role of biomarkers in different cell lines. Here we test the detection of EpCAM, an epithelial specific marker in colon cancer cell lines using Immunofluoroscence. From our analysis it is evident that the antibody specifically detects EpCAM expression and is very good.
