Our long term goal is to understand the tumorigenesis process in different cancer types. Immune components do play a major role in the process of tumorigenesis. Here we tested the NCR1 antibody to detect NCR1 in NK92 cell lysates using Western blotting. The results indicate that the antibody is very good for staining NCR1.
