The objective of this experiment was to identify the percentage of CD11b positive cells in the splenocytes isolated from Balb/C mouse.  To do this, single cell suspensions isolated from splenocytes were stained with this antibody. The result shows a clear CD11b+ and CD11b- populations which confirm the specificity of this antibody
