Mammalinan cells (N2A, HEK etc)
Set the CO2 to 5% and temperature to 37C. Put the autoclaved milliQ water (2lit) in tray provided in the incubator. When the incubator reaches the set values, keep the culture dish or flask.
Clean with spirit and disinfect the incubator to minimise the contamination before using to culture the cells.
The cells are grown healthy without contamination.
