Human PBMC reconstituted NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from the spleens were used for human cell isolation. After isolation, the purity of the cells were determined using human CD45 APC- antibody.

1. Resuspend cells in the suggested medium (check the data sheet) 2. incubate with EasySep™ Mouse/Human Chimera Isolation Cocktail for 10 minutes 3. Incubate with EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ 50001 for 5 minutes 4. Magnetic separation for 5 minutes 5. Check the purity of the negatively isolated cells
Titration is required for the antibody cocktail and magnetic particles
More than 98% purity. As shown in the figure, after isolation all the mouse cells were removed which describes the quality of the kit.
