The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected NK1.1 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because NK1.1 is expressed in NK cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate NK cell subsets.
