I used this anti-HA antibody to stain my N-terminal HA tagged NICD3 protein. NICD3 should primarily be in the nucleus and I see nice nuclear staining with the HA antibody. Overall, this is a good antibody to detect HA.

Results Summary

I was able to easily detect my HA-tagged protein in the nucleus by confocal microscopy with this primary antibody. In addition, my protein needs to be nuclear and there is good co-localization with HA and nuclear dye.
